i have a neighbor who went through 5 360's since launch, and he thought of doing the same thing. problem is MS is such a powerful company, and they probably have some clause in their terms of service that would prob throw any suit right out of court and into the back alley.

im a sad panda myself... cause after i get the NGP my Metal Gear Games (Acid1,Acid2,Portable Ops,MGS PW) are basically souvenirs. the only solace i find is that i have prob about 8 UMD's total so it wont be a huge shift to NGP. i just hope sony figures it out when it comes to what to do with old games.
