I thought I had a good handle on the games system, until I fought a level 3 bot. Holy crap, the heavy-cancel-guardbreak-throw was beautiful to look at. Too bad I have an axe in my gut and crippling levels of insecurity.

I played the open beta on the PS4, was fine the first 2 days. The rest was just a streak of disconnections so severe I uninstalled it on Saturday night.

I’m also not great at these types of games but felt a jealousy for those who would figure out the systems and be able to pull off some awesome stunts. It’s a bit like what Assassin’s multiplayer should have been

I mostly agree on the storyline. I found it interesting but maybe a little bit of an afterthought. But I found the game play incredibly immersive. I felt as if I actually was Marston rather than playing a character.

Can’t wait for Mark Wahlberg to play Edelman in the movie version. The ball will be voiced by Seth MacFarlane.

It’s unnerving how calm both Edelman and Poole are when discussing such an important play in the fourth quarter of the Super Bowl. I can’t tell if it’s evidence that the players see themselves as just doing their job or it’s proof they’re worlds better than the average person.
