Hmm. I always thought the Irish goodbyes were to save the hassle of having to say goodbye to every fucking person you’re acquainted with at a party. I’ll usually say bye to the host, any close friends (if there are any present) within arms reach, then bounce. (Any close friends not within arms reach will be informed,

Yeah, but ask anybody outside of Baltimore and Prince George’s County what they think of that.

I think it’s more in the opening hours. Not a very good gameplay to cutscene ratio.

Picked up Deus Ex: Mankind Divided for $15. It’s okay so far. I always wanted to play it, but first person stealth games aren’t really my thing (but I’ll try any game that looks cool). It’s very talky and the conversations have terrible pacing. Sometimes I’m like, “God you got your point across why are you still

You fucking trailblazer, you.

I love video games that give me some good handguns. It always just feels more grounded to me. It’s like, sure, a bazooka is fun, GTA, but if I want to really get into a role as a gritty street criminal, handgun it is.

This is seriously how both the best and worst products get put out.

Nice! I’m very much a characters > plot person. I find that so many stories - in any medium - have this great premise to explore, but then throw in a bunch of plot heavy crap that all too often just fucks the whole thing up.

Thanks! I remember hearing that somewhere, and as such, literally just left the Hinterlands haha. I tend to always go with one-handed warriors (or it’s equivalent, depending on the game), so I just stuck with that. We’ll see how I fare haha.

I picked up Dragon Age: Inquisition for $10. Heard mixed things but always wanted to give it a go.
