And if you lived in one of those countries, you’d be totally fine with Niantic making sure the American game is perfect before getting it at all, right?

Nintendo has been releasing systems weaker than the competition for a while now. Nobody buys a Nintendo console because it’s the “most powerful”, they buy it for the games. Will the NX have Nintendo games? Yes, so power won’t matter unless the lack of power ruins the experience.
This isn’t true. There’s a story floating around about Tokyo RPG Factory losing 240m yen, but it lacks a lot of context. The loss was for the fiscal year that ended in March, before the game had come out in North America and Europe (which is a lot of extra sales!) and it likely accounted for a lot of factors including…
Never understood why this scene gets so much flack. Its supposed to sound fake as all hell after all. Its not real laughter but like you said forced. Real laughter would show the characters to be sociopaths who are completely unfazed by the horrible situation they find themselves in.
I love this scene mostly because so many chads out there think its a horrible scene but its so horrible its good. Its meant to be awkward. Yuna is marching to her death so what do you do? You laugh even if you have to force yourself.
So you’re already blaming critics for burying this masterpiece. You ps4ychos are an interesting lot.
you are a crazy person. you’re lucky to get an engine upgrade every 5-6 years, let alone 3.
Wow. Such original commentary here on kotaku.
Jesus, you’ve missed out.
If you read the chapter he most certainly does have the armour.
Sounds like there isn’t a lot of “meat” there from what I’ve read. Meaning that if you play a lot, you’ll get bored pretty quickly, especially if you are solo and don’t have friends to party up with.

I realize you’re a troll and an idiot, but for the last fucking time: racism and sexism aren’t actually about race/color or gender. They’re about power structures born out of race and gender, with the dominant ones (white & men) being the ones with the most (not all! but the hypervast majority) of it, and there is no…
Poor white person, so oppressed.
I have a “friend” that refuses to play as or engage with any female characters in games. I will never understand it. He attributes it to being an old school RPer, but that has never really made any sense to me, seeing how RPing allows you to do anything you want.
I think there’s a problem if your personal fantasy involves all the people in powerful positions being white.
Why is everyone so fanatical about this already? Is it just because it’s Blizzard?
It’s more story than game design, but I think the lack of voice and facial animation in the characters made those games better. It forced the designers to be extra creative with making the characters express emotion. Remember Zidane’s ‘blah blah blah‘ hand waving, or Steiner’s so rigid I’m Shaking? Fantastic.
She doesn’t like the same things I do, but does? We’re like two opposite sides of the same coin. She prefers fantasy over sci-fi, I prefer sci-fi over fantasy. She prefers turn-based strategy games, I prefer League of Legends. She’s willing to try new stuff, but usually doesn’t necessarily like it and I will. Ruby…
The way that people use the friend zone makes it sound like the person who is just a friend is doing something wrong/harmful/etc to the person who has the crush. And that’s just bullshit. The “friend,” is no way responsible for your feelings, and you don’t deserve shit just because you were nice to them. You’re…
