I worked at a pre-owned dealership and we got one is as a trade in. It was nice but the power just wasn’t there. It was bone stock so maybe that had something to do with it. Honestly a buddy’s outback XT felt faster

Take away the extra “0" at the end, then we’ll be talking.
Had an opportunity to drive one these a few years back. It was an ‘83 I believe with a 4 speed manual. What a beautiful smooth machine. That owner was asking $3500 for that particular one. I would definitely grab this one in an instant if it were on the east coast. NP!
Unbelievable how much these have gone up in price, and this one is a prime example. A Grand Cherokee could be had for 3k tops. Never quite got the hype with the manual either, the AW4 unit is very stout, and in most wheeling applications automatic prevails. Divide that price by a third then we’ll talk.
One of the few good things about living in Connecticut... No inspection just emissions testing. All they really care about is if your CEL is on.
