@Einbrecher: Most things can be surrounded by less than they themselves are.... AFAIK, there is no limit. I might be wrong, but a very thin powder, ie, powdered sugar can surround a damp ball very thinly. Bad example, but kinda proves the point. You don't need things to be very thick, and I am sure that silica

Well, hope this drives the prices down. Right now, most people just can't afford them... At least, not in capacities large enough to compare to HDDs.

Forgive me for being a complete and utter moron, but what makes this special? Why are some people saying that they would rather wait for this than an HTC evo?

@goldentreesang: They are almost the same chip. If I recall correctly, the Xeons are optimized for multiple CPUs. The i7s are not. Otherwise, they are the same, besides the QPI bus.

You guys do know that Toms Hardware did the same thing?
