I guess so... But then I've used the earlier version of the transit navigation, and they did provide the time when the bus "should" come... But I guess that was just for that, and now they use GPS to actually track if I'm on the move... so that's definitely better than estimating my arrival based on the provided time…

NONONONONO, Really? The only item I actually do in this list is update windows... and everything still runs snappy and responsive with a fairly fast startup* and shutdown times.

The thing is, the defrag only auto runs on Wednesday at 1am... so unless your computer is on at that time, it won't really defrag at all....
