Yeah, I’m from Texas, so I know what you mean (and I lived in Michigan, which was actually more in to the deer hunting-then-school thing). But for the most part, guns around schools (esp. elementary schools) cause people to lose their collective shit.

Where I went to school. Nope. I am positive there were several behind the seats of students pickups. Heck some would show up with blood on their pants because they got a deer that morning.

It can even fit in at more formal events.

Because guns around a school don’t make people nervous AT ALL.
