RescueTimer is probably a better alternative to finding out when you’re most productive. When filling out spreadsheets like this, I can see a lot of errors, variables and biases coming into play whereas RescueTime simply tracks all of your tasks. This is if you do everything on a computer though.

You should consider picking up Mindfulness meditation in regards to the worries. I know it sounds like eastern mumbo jumbo but there is significant research behind mindfulness and its beneficial effects on stress, anxiety and depression.
