I read Timeline when I was younger but I really loved it.

I'm reading We, The Drowned by Carsten Jensen. It's sort of a history of a small Danish port town over about 100 years set around a series of fictional characters. The shifts in narrative perspective through the years also trigger shifts in point of view. It's all quite lively, varied, and funny.

Civ V. First Civ game ever (except for the original Civ on an emulator which I didn't understand) and now I totally get it. I can see how this one would be "dumbed down" but it's still addictive.

Spaceteam is fantastic. Played a 4-person game around the dinner table at a house party and while we played people would stop, look over our shoulders, laugh at how ridiculous we sounded, and walk away.

Everyone's so divided now. I think what we'll see is a split where we bounce the focus between 2 groups a la LOST. I'm sure the 2 groups will eventually encounter each other again, though.
