Sounds like these guys are working through 4HWW. Two page website made for <$200 and no real purchasing functionality—just an information collection form. My guess is Lifehacker will generate some good traffic. My more conspiratorial guess: these are friends of Adam Pash.

Chrome loads FAST. And it doesn't have that annoying 'click' sound that IE abuses. And Chrome and Firefox make annoying advertisements go away.

This is going to be the best xkcd...er....phone....ever!
