He took the stand on Kimmy that he didn’t take on Paige. He allowed the Paige brainwashing and risky missions happen! That was a huge fail on his part.

I always thought the Stan and Henry relationship had been set up for Stan to adopt Henry when the sh*t hits the fan. But now Henry is too old to need adopting. He’ll be fine. He’s already moved on from the family. This episode seemed to be designed to show that.

There is no reason he has to sabotage the Chicago mission. That is not going to make or break the Summit. He’s genuinely going there to save Elizabeth, but he’s still on Gorby’s side. I think he has a plan to save the whole family. Will they wind up back in Russia or in Oklahoma, I’m not sure.

This show is good, but it would have been much better without so much time devoted to Paige. Boring. Clearly, the writers want to make us hate her so we will cheer her death in the end. She’s brutally killing with knives and strangling when wouldn’t a silencer gun do? Trying to increase ratings with unnecessary violence to get folks talking and creating a buzz.

The show will end with Stan being dumbfounded when someone else discovers the truth about Philip and Elizabeth. Then after he admits to Renee that he was really duped, the show will reveal that Renee is KGB and now working for the FBI, and Stan will continue to be duped in a spinoff show.
