Thank fucking christ they learned. They didn’t become the next Bungie and just wither away with their decrepit live service just sucking to soul and money out of everyone.

Anyone at Bungie thinking that Destiny is going to exist after TFS is not living in reality. They’re gonna hit 200k peak with TFS then its going to drop down to 40k after the raid. No one is going to stick around for the episodes. Marathon wont be released until 2025/26 so they’re just not going to be making any money

Am I the only one that thinks the graphics don’t look that much more impressive from GTAV? All the character models look pretty much the same with those cold dead stares. They showed them having some more fluid animation and densely populated scenes, but this is a trailer, it’s not what the in-game experience is going

Honestly not mad at having to wait. GTAV was pretty flawless when it was ported to PC. Doesn’t really matter if we have to wait another year, people will still be playing the game for the next decade.

I think it needs to evolve. IV was the last “local” focused game with the campaign and private party of friends in some extra game modes. V saw that multiplayer experience and expanded it to online allowing dozens of people to experience the same world together. The campaign and heists were fun but all the expansions

It’s just sad at this point. Bungie have been trying to keep this idea alive for a decade. Which is a feat that not a lot of other studios can claim to have achieved. No one knew what Destiny was going to be after a decade. Bungie didn’t even know.

yawn

This will be the greatest movie of all time.

oof oof oof. someone needs to give Jimmy a history lesson.

WQ killed grinding for me, I stopped grinding after the powerful cap and just logged in for the story beats every week. Since LF was a huge wet blanket and even Legendary Lost Sectors are 20+ pinnacle cap I just don’t care about playing the game at all. Grinding was never fun and I don’t want to keep doing it to play

As a Destiny 2 player, we know your words are meant for all of us.

That’s why I said “content created on the platform”. For YT’s case the creator didn’t create the video on YT, they published it there. So YT has all the rights when it comes to monetizing and publishing on their platform. The creator can take their video down and host it on their own site.

Wow, it’s like when you use a company’s platform to make money, that company would rather be the one making the money. Who would have thought that’s how capitalism works? Not me, a simple internet user in it for the me mes.

If I could electrify a kei truck I would absolutely grab this and go camping with it:

You give individuals enormous amounts of praise, control, and influence and they turn shitty. Who would have thought?

But repairs are not profitable. Think about the shareholders!

ROCK AND STONE BROTHER! And you don’t have to pay for season passes in DRG, this game has honestly been my favorite “grindy” game to play solo with LFGs and with friends.

They’re basically just premade swatches. They can’t own the hex code, but they own the color management system. I think people are working around this by literally downloading the swatches on a previous version and just reimporting them into the new version.

Thankfully it seems that nothing will actually change before the mid-terms. Even if Trump was back today, there is only about a week left.

“Destiny 2 is broken, buggy, and costs extra for the same content that you already hated last year.” Save yourself some time and just copy and paste that for every new season, expansion, dungeon, event, etc. etc.
