I also know nothing about the franchise, but that movie looks like a big honkin' piece of shit.
My mom has been to a fuckload of art museums because she enjoys that kind of thing, and she says she's always surprised by the size of certain paintings. Some being very small, and some being absolutely massive, but because you usually see a picture of it you have no idea.
