The video from BI is unwatchable. The guy doing the narration is clearly ill and extremely congested. Can BI not afford to give employees sick days? What is the deal? Am I the only one who can hear this?

Best reply, pack it up, go home everyone

Hi, William. If I may - why are we lampooning James Gunn for his tweet? Isn’t it reasonable that if an artistic giant in your field dismissed out of hand all of your successful work, without watching it, you might be a little, well, sad? He said he was sad. Scorsese basically said the entire genre in which Gunn

What the HELL is going on with those ill-fitting red satin trashbag seatcovers, laptop and flight case, and wires everywhere? This is supposed to be a promotional video for an aspirational product? Maybe tuck that shit away first? God, I swear. Why is high-end car shit always tainted by these amateur production values?

I NEED MOAR STARS TO GIVE

“Time to go on ebay and buy a bunch of backup iPhone SEs”

That is a really nice looking car.

The Camaro is an ugly, expensive car that you can’t see out of. It would still be all of those things if the Mustang disappeared. I know the eternal pony car wars demand that we always discuss these cars in relation to each other, but a 30k 4-pot turbo with questionable styling and terrible visibility is always going

The thing is, they COULD make an electric car inspired by the Mustang, and that would be cool, but it can’t be some SUV. What is the Mustang about? Affordable performance in a stylish package. Apply that design brief to a new vehicle with the requirement that it must be electric. Ford doesn’t need another SUV. Ford

Apple used to make the best keyboards in the world. The scalloped aluminum keys on my 2008 MBP are a work of art, and it is one of the best keyboards I’ve ever used, rivaling my Das Keyboard which is full mechanical and built like a tank. With all the money in the world, I wouldn’t buy a new MBP or any other laptop

It’s not Tom’s fault that we live in an increasingly bleak dystopia. It’s acknowledged in a lot of writing on a lot of sites because, well, it’s true. I actually prefer my journalism to acknowledge the world we live in, and I’m personally more distracted by these kinds of takes in the comments that seem to suggest it

Thank you for this. It’s a great reminder to me, as a cishet white man, of how best to engage with a lot of these issues. It is hard sometimes to support loved ones who have been through so much of the kind of sexist bullshit our society is rife with, just because I know that despite all my privilege, I can’t take

I’m hearing you on how great this car is, but jeez, 46k new in today’s money? Toyota would be foolish to try and do this again for anything near this price bracket today; a ten-year old Cayman S would cost less and take the mister two’s lunch money every day of the week.

This also happens with some dude and his miata in front of my apartment building in Chicago.*

*disclaimer: it me

100k for an optioned-up turbo four remains a tough sell. Expensive turbo fours have always been a tough sell. Porsche should know that better than anyone. But I’m betting they’re doing fine with these, because they have enough buyers who don’t know/care about engine configurations.

This guy dailies a 360 Challenge Stradale. My eyes damn near popped out of my head. This rat rod is in excellent hands. I do think a satin black paint job would be more in keeping with what he’s doing, but the car is also quite unfinished so who knows what he’ll do. All I know for sure is that he’s awesome and I wish

This is dreadful. A car interior from a future where everyone’s name is “Amazon” followed by a series of numbers and all cars are Teslas and every single surface of every single object created by man can and does show targeted advertising. A future where if you offered to plug me into the Matrix and live in 2018 again

A very conditional NP. Show up with 8k and I’m sure you could drive it away. Budget another 2k for cleanup and gotchas. I’m fine with that since any aftermarket turbo equipped car of this vintage is going to need a thorough going over. I would rather do that myself and know what I have.

Saw headline, can only think of this:
