There will be lots of Range Rover and Land Rovers nominated but deep down we all know that this one was the best. Why was this not produced as is?

I've always had a soft spot for the Trekka; the Skoda powered Landlover-esque light truck of New Zealand. If you want know what true Government Motors was like, this was it. A protectionist built truck for a nation with no auto industry. Crap for sure, but lovable.

@OG_: Stunning.

@OG_: Funny I just picked up the Hotwheels version of this car at Target. Had no idea what it was.

@Canuck Chinaman: @jesus_style: My parents would be the better ones to tell this story. Here's my take. My late "great" crazy uncle Bob owned a Bricklin back in the late 70s. He was a real eclectic guy and one of the primary reasons I am a car guy. I must have been five at the time and was obsessed with my uncle

@solracer: You under estimate the joys of driving the Bizarro Miata. It's heavy, it's front wheel drive, and it's underpowered.

@Cheeseslap spanks his ACR for being good: That's crazy talk, they were 'wonderfully built' machines. No one has ever gotten stuck inside those gullwing doors. No one. Especially, not anyone with the screen name Zacarious.

What's the answer to everyone QOTD? The Ford Capri (aka the Mazda Miata of Bizarro World).

No love for the Brick?

3 down 12 to go.

SVX owners. They are almost always as awkward and nerdy as the actual SVX was. Also always seem to love obscure science fiction and roll playing games.

I like my land yachts rocket powered. Kenny Powers style.

Luis - You getting paid for this? Regardless, thanks for bringing AOTD back. Today is a good day.
