Radwood was easily the warmest, most welcoming automotive event I have attended. If you dont “get” appeal of this era, these events are enjoyable enough to help you understand.

No it doesn’t, it means he probably financed the purchase price of the car...which makes sense given that these are still 40k+ cars. Even if he did finance the mods (extremely, extremely unlikely) - why does that matter? That’s his debt, not yours.

Yes, usually a loan for the price of the car...again...extremely common, not at all strange or worrying...also if you’re buying a car from a dealer it’s not going to have a lien on it....

800-900 HP in any generation Viper is absolutely no big deal and the stock drivetrain will take it. 800-900 hp with a centrifugal blower is even less of a big deal, because they don’t make that power until almost redline. Insinuating that driving a Viper with that power is a big deal means you’ve never driven a Viper.…

All it means is that the car is financed. Fairly common circumstance I’d say.
