“It’s definitely a gorgeous looking ship.”

While you are correct that at his moment the Y721 currently only displaces approximately 3300 tons of water, once they fully install the gaping asshole who is meant to reside within it I think we can expect that number to increase by double.

I did not watch the video, nor will I, and I’m kind of wondering exactly who this story serves, in particular with the video embedded.

Given that the whole thing makes no sense, it’s a bit premature to start villainizing her. If it ends up being recklessness or negligence, then sure, there’s no punishment too harsh for her.

The Flex was a great car actually. It was big enough for a whole family, had more power than it really needed out of that ecoboost, it looked pretty damn good, had AWD for snowy climates but never tried to act like it had any kind of off-road chops, and you could get a really well optioned one for under 40k.

Pretty sure it’s scientifically-proven that there’s an inverse relationship between the size of a man’s vehicle and the size of his pee-pee (assuming he doesn’t actually use it regularly for “work” or off-roading).

I drive a Chevy Equinox with an image of the Grim Reaper shooting an arrow on the side. Obviously I’m conflicted.

Volvo has mostly succeeded here. It is selling $70k XC90s with a turbo four in a market where the base engine is a turbo six (BMW/Audi/Mercedes/Porsche/RR sport). They made a really handsome car with a great interior. I drove all of the above before buying a CPO full size RR, but I just couldn’t get myself to plunk

I have a coworker who is about 5'4 and drives a ridiculous lifted Silverado that he practically needs a ladder to get into. Compensating much?

Because somewhere along the line, the lines between performance and premium blurred and they came to mean the same thing. So now you really cant have one without the other when a brand is trying to get you to take them seriously. And they usually end up doing one or the other (performance or premium) not quite right

I dunno, you run your mouth like he does and something like that becomes a business necessity. It is bullet-proof, right?

Nope.

I’m not sure. He does attend heavily armed rallies that he inspired. Perhaps he’s concerned one of his own will turn on him.

It’s always these freedom types who were offended by others’ decision to mask up.

Maybe he thought he could find hand grenades there?

A real man, confident in his own self, would drive around in an old Fiat Panda.

In 2020, my wife went to the supermarket. She was wearing a mask. She was confronted in the produce section by a guy with no mask and a Colt Python in a holster on his hip. He proceeded to lecture her about how wearing the mask was letting fear rule her life.

Well these are “intended” for militaries, and high value targets in dangerous places. Places like Mexico City, I know they used to have stuff like this in South Africa. Basically places where there is a high chance you will be attacked or kidnapped.  But for Jones, he buys one because his dick is the size of a grain

But they’ll say we shouldn’t be afraid of a deadly virus!

The same people who carry a gun everyday and aren’t paid to do so. Can’t imagine letting fear run my life that much.
