Yep. The Budget near me has a few cars in manual. You can't reserve them online, you have to go into the store and request the car you want. They have a few new Mustangs and some Fiesta STs.

I rented one of these for a weekend trip earlier this year. 5.0 with a 6 speed, in black, with 230 miles on it. I’ve never been a Mustang Guy either, but I was really impressed with this one. The only thing I would change is the weight.

I just took delivery of an 03 ML500 today (I’m a dealer). I have to admit, I’m incredibly impressed. AWD, navi, dvd, heated everything. It feels much like a Range Rover inside. I expected C-Class interior in a SUV body.
