Nope, Congress refused to refer it to Federal Investigation because they want to ram the confirmation hearing through before midterm elections.

With the obvious exception of the fact that a teenagers calendar only shows what a days plan or intention was when it was written...not what actually happened.

But in fairness, it’s every bit as credible as any of the evidence that’s been presented in this case.

This is one time I appreciate the stricter American justice system.

It took a Comedian (I believe Trevor Noah) to ask the only appropriate question regarding this evidence....becase all the lawyers on the SJC dont’ have the balls to ask it:
