Move away from the electoral college.
Move to a 100% popular vote for president.
Move to a 100% state-wide popular vote for senate/house candidates.

Once gerrymandering is stopped and each citizen has an equal vote...you’ll be amazed at how much more willing presidentail and congressional candidates are to visit “rural”…
