But they are Porsche. They can’t lose—on principle. Instead, they got a technical waiver from the FIA to move the engine forward to accommodate those improved rear aerodynamics.

It’s an imperfect system because it was built that way, by people we let tell us this was better than what we had and because the few lone voices pointing this out are considered crazy for believing that.
