Indeed. I crashed into an NPC the other day while using the cinematic/self-riding mode (offline single player). That was very annoying and it’s worst when they NPC decides to shoot at you because of it.

If the bug is client-side, it might take 8 months for them to fix the bug, like it took them 7-8 months to fix a bug introduced in the offline story mode when they created the RDO standalone game. (Yep, that's ironic.)

That’s a good question... As long as the games are not available anywhere else, I don’t see how this could become a commercial problem. That being said, if people download ROMs which are available on Virtual Consoles or Classic NES/SNES, I think Nintendo has a “right” to sue.
