haha wow what a good, serious analogy that should definitely be taken seriously by anybody not drooling on themselves.

man, that’s an embarrassing take.

kotaku user doesn’t understand what GAI is, shocker.

it would literally allow devs to focus their resources on other things. the benefits are incredibly obvious to those not wringing their hands and burying their heads.

Why bother to post about something you very obviously don’t understand? We get it, “AI bad” but that doesn’t mean it isn’t coming. The fact that you’re comparing AI to crypto speaks to how fundamentally you don’t understand either technology. Claiming the tech is taking 2-3 years to be released, like there aren’t

Why the hell do you care if they wake up? There’s very few instances where a player would want to interact with random vendors post thievery. There are a few exceptions here with larger story characters where it might have offered plot deviations, but the developers clearly didn’t feel it was worth the effort to add

Sales numbers have very obviously recovered.

Runs fine on my laptop lmao. What’s wrong with your pc?

can’t tell if you’re really stupid or just really dishonest, pretending that allowing early access to a game is selling an incomplete product. Leaning towards really stupid since you seem to think that any amount of development time gaurantees a bug free product, especially one with as many complex and overarching syst

Man, I can smell you from here. Wash your ass, stop using hyperbole as a crutch for your whinging. The fact that the game and its world recognize the NPCs as KOed gives the system a very obvious point.

when you’re right, you’re right

Well, that was kind of my point lol. If people are upset with the game, I would implore them to vote with their wallet and stop buying in to it. Lots of people (not the majority by any means, but a lot of people, still) seem to be buying this product they view as critically flawed (as opposed to the majority who

Oh, I get you. I also completely understand how wanting more from a beloved franchise can leave fans bitter, and so it can be difficult to walk away from said franchise when the obvious potential is there. It just seems that at a certain point, the derision does become targeted towards the players actively enjoying

The answer then is not to buy it. But you can’t get angry that a product that you haven’t purchased isn’t what you wanted it to be - when you can simply not purchase said product. Nobody was lied to here.

They haven’t had that problem yet, though.

Don’t... pay for it, then? That’s kind of the point.

“embarrassingly bad”
Yikes. The markets (and the fans) clearly disagree with you.

Were you actually using one person’s subjective experience as objective critique? Despite the myriad of voices saying otherwise?

Do you really think fans are ‘deserved’ anything simply for consuming a product?

It’s clearly a spin-off of the main series, and will assumedly function as a reboot for the franchise. Being pedantic doesn’t change these things.
