Nisko was not "Poland's" anymore than Theriesenstadt would be Czechoslovakia's. No mention though of the country that perpetrated the Holocaust — Germany! — only those mysterious, nebulous Nazis who were neither a nationality nor a country. Apparently the writer does not want to offend Germans.
