I do hope this game repeats Odyssey’s ability to choose genders. Kassandra was such a delight.

Kazushige Nojima is the scenario writer here and one of the script writers as well. You might know him from one of his other works where he was scenario designer and writer: Final Fantasy VII.
You might also know Tetsuya Nomura from another work he was a writer(and character designer) on called Final Fantasy VII.
You…
I’ve played the original enough times that I can rattle off a good portion of the story beats even though it’s been more than a decade and a half since I played the game. I’m only at Chapter 15 right now and I can tell you flat out, this game is blatantly fucking with people that played the original.
What?!
My wife and I loved what they did with this bit. It’s basically as if the creators knew they couldn’t do what they did before but knew they could still have a lot of fun with it without it being at the expense of a specific group of people. Instead it is a caberet show that asks you to get invested in the energy and…
Summoning Salt’s content is so good. Probably watched his video on Mario Kart’s Rainbow Road records a good three or 4 times.
Summoning Salt is a treasure, his videos on speedrunning are fantastic and he also just happens to be one of the best Punch-Out runners there is (note the complete lack of fanfare at the current records he posts at the end of the video).
Planning to finally force myself to finish KH3 on critical. I feel like doing the DLC stuff on my old Proud file is cheating. Game is super duper hard, and all of my deaths have been my own doing for sure (despite how much I blame it on the controller)
I know it sounds like beating a dead horse to say UNIONS UNIONS UNIONS but the horse won’t actually die until the unions actually form.
Liberals: I won’t vote for Bernie because a fringe part of his supporters are mean on twitter
To be honest, this entire comment section is pretty gross to read. I get that people dislike Bernie Sanders, but I don’t understand this pervasive sense that he’s some narcissist who is not earnest about his policy goals, or that it’s unreasonable for him to take Biden to task on these policy questions.
Right. It’s essentially, “Even though I repeatedly endorsed Hillary after the convention last time, she completely ignored my voter base & it backfired on her spectacularly. You can’t repeat that mistake.”
Yeah, Sanders’s statement reads less like “I still think I can win the nomination” & more like “Joe, you gotta get your head straight before the convention or you will be eaten alive.”
Probably not, but shouldn’t the presumptive nominee answer these questions?
Indeed. The telltale sign of a “narcissistic sociopath” is *checks notes* stridently advocating for general welfare-enhancing policy change.
Seven hour lines at voting polls make it difficult for most to vote. One polling station on UCLA’s campus of 40k students made it pretty tough to vote. Lines were four hours long at that station and all three of the walkable ones nearby. Young people are literally trying to vote, but it is more difficult for them to…
Just a heads up, “Bernie bro” is a myth literally invented by the Clinton campaign to smear him (they literally called news outlets and pitched the term and concept to them), every candidate has again and again been shown to have just as toxic of followers. Most “Bernie bros” are simply people who think poor people…
Ah, yes, compared to Biden and Trump, Bernie is the one who is most like Grandpa Simpson. Right.
“Super Bernie Bros” for a title too, btw. :P
“politics are a constant and irremovable part of everything that we all do”
