Funny thing about Arkham Knight, its PC problems were mostly only on high end cards. In general the more common, and oft better supported, mid-range cards seemed to be able to play the game just fine.
Yous do realize no matter what the earth will not be inhabitable to humans again at some point in the next few thousand years right... There are super volcanos that go off once ever 6 thousand years that are at year 5000... Asteroids whizzing by.
One is meant as a caricature and a derogatory representation the other is meant as a tribute. Slight difference. TikTok’s entire culture is one of appropriation, that’s how memes become viral. If these young girls had ill intent it’d be one thing. But they don’t. They like the dances, they want to do the dances, (the…
Totally not the same thing. One is the boy who cried wolf and one is a derogatory slur. And for the record, yes I oppose blaming Asians for Covid. It’s stupid racist bullshit and if somebody used that term in front of me I’d call them out on it. Speaking of, don’t you think it’s funny how The Root and most major…
Content colonizers? Seriously? Talk about semantic satiation. Words used to have meaning. You seriously are likening some dumbshit teens stealing TikTok dances to the systematic violent takeover of entire countries? NO wonder you think you’re so oppressed, you forget what oppression actually is.
I’m sitting here at work downloading Saga Frontier and waiting for breaktime to play a few minutes. It’s my favorite PS1 rpg, if not favorite rpg overall honestly, and I’ve been waiting for this almost thirty years now.
Should the four legs of this tiny 4-pound (1.8 kg) helicopter...
I’ll have a grande Italiaono-Americano, please.
actually it’s italianx
This seems like the sort of thing that Gizmodo would be excited about. There’s been talk of space based solar collectors for decades, since they theoretically could be so much more efficient than ground based ones. No idea if they’ll be able to overcome the inefficiencies involved in sending it back down to Earth, but…
This seems a bit odd for Earther. Space-based solar power is more-efficient than ground-based solar since the light doesn’t have to get through the atmosphere to reach the panels. It’s quite a bit more expensive as far as start-up costs are concerned but, that makes it a perfect project for a government to test out…
WHERE IS MY WIND WAKER?!?!
Just No. Don’t even think about it.
There would be if they didn’t pick them up.
I think generally, lane splitting is bad but lane filtering is good. That is to say, when traffic is moving at any significant speed, motorcycles should be in a lane like a car, but when stopped or moving very slowly, the motorcycles filtering through is safer for them, and increases efficiency for everyone.
If Toyota responds to American enthusiasts excitement and subsequent disappointment over Toyota building a legit performance car completely in house and then not selling it here in the form of the GR Yaris, by saying “Here! have another Toyobaru to go with your existing Toyobaru and Zupra!;” I will be convinced that…
My gold standard was mouse leavings. A lot of them. It was a mid-tower that had lived on the floor under someone’s desk in a construction trailer where control of mice was, shall we say, a process, not an event. One of the slot covers was missing, and that turns out to be plenty of room for a mouse to go in and out.
I once worked on a computer that was utterly filled with cobwebs. The kicker? It had a clear side panel, with a dead spider just chilling right in the center of it.
I think her point is that she’s very excited to see it released since, like any professional, she’s proud of her work and is anxious to see a project succeed. I don’t think any part of it was an attempt to evoke pity.
