The current thumbsticks on the PS4 controller are already textured though and look exactly the same as what’s pictured here, which is unfortunate because my only real gripe with the PS4 controller is the weird convex thumbsticks with ridges added to them. They basically just took the same convex PS3 thumbsticks and

PS4 has it too, but yeah the Mute button is your friend (on your TV or stereo remote)

Or just included some CD games, like the TG-16 mini is smartly doing. I mean why not? One way they could have showed off more of what was possible and given people access to dope & rare titles. Snatcher, Lunar, Keio, Final Fight, Robo Aleste ( although they dropped the ball on removing MUSHA on this so...), Notice

Wait, what? There was a good AtGames version?! Whoa.

Right? + Bubblegum Crisis, oh and anyone remember Riding Bean? Silly name but great one off OVA. Also Project A-Ko.

This is why Xenoblade Chronicles was so awesome on the Wii. Being able to see into the future and react was the coolest thing ever. Was pretty disappointed when they tossed away that mechanic in the follow up.

At least he doesn’t have an afro with a chocobo chick popping out like someone else in another FF game. Squarenix...

Classic!

Hmm. Except I heard that GRRM was like 95% done with the material and working with the show folks directly. Which is quite a different case than with the original FMA anime. Also GOT isn’t even done airing yet and they’ve had to truncate / condense / consolidate the material from the very get go anyway.

Besides the minimum 60 fps concern, isn't the screen 720p? That's not gonna cut it. But I guess it's essentially Google cardboard anyway, good for like 5 min.

And yeah, they better not drop the ball on shoot em ups... MUSHA, Lightening Force, Gaiares... Even they included OK launch titles like Arrow Flash and Whip Rush that would be better than nothing.

Also Alien Soldier and/or Pulseman ;-)

Wow, with Gunstar Heroes & Castlevania Bloodlines, M2 and no more AtGames, things are actually looking promising! That being said no 6-button controller in box for US version is odd... Maybe that means no Street Fighter? Region variations selectable for all versions would be sweet as Puyo Puyo was stupidly reskinned

Ironically motion blur can cause frame rate drops. I usually turn it off on PC games for an instant performance boost... That and to see! Right? Ha

Ah ha! That’s explains the ridiculous difficulty. I play solo and some of these arena quests felt unusually hard.

Yeah, arena fights can be fun. I think a lot of people don’t do them because apparently you don’t get to keep your carves? Besides that, if Kotaku needs a copy editor / proof reader hit me up, ha.

Too bad Nintendo gets all the portable love. I def ignored the Vita at first but quickly realized how great it is once I got my hands on one. Being able to play Muramasa & Ys VIII while traveling this summer was fantastic. Too bad also Sony didn’t seem to give it’s own hardware the love it needed in the west. They real

Edit: the video answered my question, also that video review was amazing, ha. Also, super weird Lara can’t even speak Spanish... But can understand it? And the locals understand English? Um, OK video game developers... Guess they were going for that live action Ghost in the Shell, English & Japanese effect. Wait, is La

Looking forward to this! My question is whether or not she responds to native languages in kind, by also speaking in Spanish etc. With all her supposed “language proficiency” skills, have we ever actually heard her converse in the local’s native toungues in these games? Something a genuine world traveler would be doing
