huh, Kino was definitely born female. I always thought the androgynous look was to avoid unwanted attention while travelling... anyway, wiki wiki [spoiler?]: “In the anime, Kino’s gender is ambiguous in the beginning, but was confirmed to be female in the fourth episode, when she first meets Hermes and borrows the

although starting a series with a season already aired means you can binge watch several eps. in a row without having to wait ^_^ + by the time you’re done those the current series should already have multiple aired!

A huge yes to The Ancient Magus Bride. I’d put that up top (and not in the “fine print” ehem) but that’s just me. Also Shokugeki no Soma is back (season 3). Glaring omissions: Juuni TaisenBlood Blockade Battlefront & Beyond (season 2). Sort of hopeful for Kino but feel it will never live up to the original, heard

True, they would be smart to at least keep them available for these and other types of uses. I have a friend who uses one for live video at music shows, similar to this effect. It’s also been utilized at my work for a client who wanted an interactive hotel lobby display. All the best use case scenarios seem to be

Hahaha, oh man, that’s funny... considering Microsoft is ceasing production on Kinect (cuz who cares) while Sony can’t produce enough PSVR headsets to meet demand. So, yeah....

...

Some love for Cybernator, nice. Although I liked Metal Warriors better. A couple of the most underrated action games on the SNES besides Hagane (which is sadly waaay overpriced on eBay). All of which are reasons to own a SNES imho.

“For now, we’ll have to wait for an updated unit.” Ever get one?

So, Yamatai island or not? is what I’m left wondering. Hope this is good.

Honestly, the competitive scene ironically ruined the series while simultaneously keeping it alive...

Whelp, I WAS looking forward to this game... now notsomuch.

Forreal, i’ll skim through it at best. Horizon Zero Dawn is pretty guilty of it with loads of TL;DR text in discovered documents. Thankfully the most important ones are in audio & holo diaries. Still, coming from playing Tomb Raider, I loved how that game had all the discovered docs read out loud like an audiobook,

I think ketchup vs mustard makes more sense. Why vs Mayo? Ha, that’s an & condiment not a vs.

Also, I think “Restaurant to Another World” is my favorite airing right now... then again I also love food :p but really, it’s great! Also, recently gave Knights & Magic a chance, much better than I thought it’d be - also became another favorite! Nice recommendation on Abyss though, wasn’t aware of it, great stuff.

Sakura Quest is one of the best of the season too, I’ve always loved action but it’s really well done & charming for slice-of-life.

There’s also the second season of that Bahamut anime (Virgin Soul) which is really good, bit different than the awesome first season but great continuation regardless. Underrated series.

Why not just mail-order online? I’d rather wait for a back-order than waste time waiting in line just for a chance. Side-note, these eBay scalpers are B.S., you can technically order & get one anytime - if you are willing to pay that extra markup...

This saying has been around my entire life, are people really only now hearing it for the first time in this game? so weird...

I played Beyond: Two Souls and agree to “delta...” saying it’s underrated. I thought is was fantastic actually, had a firm grip on my attention all the way through and felt it played well. I went back and tried Heavy Rain and ugh.... couldn’t get past the floaty, wobbly, dead fish on legs feel of the main character,

“...not in an anime mood...” thing is, this was very not anime and much more western style, like all those Marvel/DC super hero animated shows/movies but with blood/gore. (hmm, Metalocalypse? ha) I wasn’t in a western looking animation style mood, wasn’t sure what to expect going into it, felt skeptical yet hopeful,
