It may have been a trickle charger but it still overcharged the battery. The better equipment is a battery maintainer that has the built in circuitry to monitor a battery and trickle charge when needed and shut of when fully charged.

Years ago I accidentally left an Airsoft battery plugged into a charger and it overcharged and exploded. I wasn’t there when it went kablamo but I found a crater in the carpets and bits of battery all over.

I was taught not to leave a car battery on cement, I dont remember why now. I always put a battery on something, wood or a milk crate.

You gotta have some serious cojones to chop up a Porsche. Hats off to this guy for building his dream car. Haters gonna hate. This widebody looks way better than some of the other stuff I’ve seen around lately and you have to admire his ingenuity. I doubt a lot of the people hating on this could do any better. 

Think the engine swap is secondary to the body kit. Looks like something from the 80's and very period fitting.
