This is the video for an LR Discovery (5 stars). Check it out especially around 1:40 mark, since you’re pointing out specifically about B pillar.

Yep. The Land Rover had the highest rating. But see the videos side by side (especially the offset test part and from 1:40 onwards) , also read the reports side by side, and you can easily see why I think that their reports are either biased or rigged.
I’ve read the reports of the Jimny and for comparison, a 2017 Land Rover Discovery.
Watch the videos carefully and see the driver and passenger compartment. The 3 stars is definitely misleading, if “mechanical and impact integrity” is the only concern.
At this point in time, I am pretty much convinced that those safety stars are basically a ploy to sell more and more electronic gizmos and nannies. Maybe there’s some lobbying behind the scenes?
Brave Fencer Musashi! Was it the first J-clone of Diablo?
Lol!
Believe me, the thicker doors of today’s cars aren’t that much more safer, either. More like adding a layer on top of a false sense of security to begin with.
Superb
Exactly what I mean. $40 x 12 (1 year) and you can buy a PS4 Pro! It can do even 4K, much less HD.
“Streaming responsibilities”? Since when streaming has responsibilities?
I bet the money spent for high-speed internet quota required for HD streaming will easily reach a sum equivalent to a high-end console’s price (well, let’s just say, a PS4 Pro or an XBOXOX) within few months, or, at most 1 year.. Regardless of (the country) where you live.
*puts on straw hat*
For me it’s more about “more electronics does not equal better experience or less problems”.
Well, I do admit that I’m not exactly following the news and the follow up news down to the small details, so.. That’s it.
Point #1. Offensive/bad/edgy/toxic behavior should not be condoned anyway, regardless of the issue here. (the way these popular streamers behave, they are either explicitly or implicitly condoning those kinds of behaviors)
I am Zaroot. I am Zaroot, I am.
I am Zaroot?
Also, the rather short wheelbase.
