To sue or not to sue, the fact is still there: Tesla is overhyping and falsely marketing it (and the last time I checked, they are still doing it), and pretty much everybody else wants to follow suit, or are following suit.

Seriously, yes. Including, especially, Tesla, for overhyping it and falsely marketing it at the first place, and the others, for following suit.
