I think taking the car, no matter the cost, for personal reasons is unprofessional. It is the customers property and you do not have their consent to bring food into the car or whatever your personal business entails. The employees’ interaction with the car should be limited to the extent they needed to do their job.

My first impression was also that it had s a panther series car. It definitely strikes me as a late generation town car because of how the headlight and the turn signal are lined up.
