She should not. Her performance is great, she is not in the movie any where enough to be in the Best Actress. Her role in the film is clearly supporting, she disappears for near a full uninterrupted hour of run time.

As the second best Thor movie behind the first Thor movie, The Dark World is perfectly fine, and miles ahead of what was yet to come.
