Yes, friendship and decency is for 12 years olds lol. I'm just glad I'm not living in the same world that commenter apparently lives in.

Of course Adam have some culpability. But he and Hannah are not friends. Exes can be friends, but not all exes are friends. Hannah and Adam have always been the kind that have to much residual feeling for each other to be friends.
Jessa is the most loathsome and the most disgusting character to me. But I don't think anything of you personally for liking her.
That really have nothing to do with it. I actually liked Jessa's character in the beginning. And then she slowly became my least favorite character. And let's be honestly, Jessa is pretty, but she's not Marnie-Barbie-doll kind of pretty that people hate.
I can see that she's trying. But she tried for a second and then consciously decided being a decent human is not worth it, which is way worse. At least when Jessa did shit before, you get the sense that she's so into her act that she doesn't have a real idea of what she's doing.
"Over the age of 12 friendships matter less and less"
I know. Don't get where the "owning" thing came from. It's not like you "own" the person you are currently dating either. Nobody owns anybody.
How is the getting pudding thing such a big deal, when Jessa threw and fit and actively fucked with Hannah's life, because Hannah had the aducity to accept a amazing grad school offer, instead of sticking around just to keep Jessa company?
Now I think about it, every other thing Jessa says is condescending, from the very first episode.
That's kind of a moot point, because you don't "have a right" or "own" the person you are dating either.
Good point.
Yeah, his reaction this episode is sort of understandable, but the whole insisting on grading her paper thing was WTF.
Not necessarily in the wrong, just not fit to be with Hannah.
Confession: I was Jessa at one point in high school/college, and I strictly forbid my then boyfriend to say anything bad (or too personal) about his ex/my friend to me. It was out of guilt and I was still a very shitty friend, but people are not always necessarily talking about you behind your back in that situation.
Hannah was definitely not the one putting up the wall in that scene in the pudding place. Even the actress who played Jessa said Jessa was purposely pushing Hannah away, so she doesn't have to consider Hannah when hooking up with Adam.
Agreed.
Except isn't Jessa both? How is she not " know it all, I'm talented and everything everyone else does is so beneath me kinda bitch"? I think she actually says some version like that out loud sometime.
Marnie is annoying and stupid and care about you (somewhat), Jessa is a piece of trash human being who does not give a fuck about you, but will come back to you when she needs something from you.
Oh, and flirted with a married man, and is generally mean to other people while they help them (Hannah, Shosh)?
Also, fuck Jessa in general +1 other than the last episode of last season, she has never really been a decent human.
