The lawsuit is over interface and items. They should lose IF they can’t prove to own copyrights and if they can’t prove that Epic copied elements “verbatim”.

You made this whole argument about genre and what not. That’s not what they are suing over.

If in fact Epic have infringed on interface and Bluehole has copyrights then they SHOULD win the case. Don’t play favorites. If Epic infringed they should pay.
