Not the first time I’ve seen this tried but unfortunately the DMV hates Krypton Green Elise/Exiges and refused to issuethe plate.

The only way the vast majority of the population (I won’t say that there aren’t a few people far enough outside of average sizes that can’t fit) will hit the seat in front of them is from slouching or improper posture due to their own seat being insufficiently reclined. It forces worse posture which forces legs out

I don’t think I’ve ever flown where the tray table doesn’t slide out a few inches. I’ve also never once had a single thing on the tray touched by the seatback.

Not reclining due to personal space is simply ignorant to the geometry and ergonomics of airline seats. The upright position is not a natural seating position for a human body and over long times it is very uncomfortable. Theoretically if every seat was reclined a reasonable amount then no one would be at any deficit

Lotus Elise S2, at 17 years old it still looks like it could have rolled out of the factory yesterday.

MW deliberately changed their definition recently based on politics.

It’s true in the sense that it describes a single method of achieving
that goal. Firearms, to include machine guns, are simple machines. To
put M4/M16 parts in an AR-15 would require at a bare minimum a hole
being drilled through the metal reciever. It is possible to fill in
the pocket where they go and some

If anyone buys this I literally have a spare right headlight sitting in my garage from when a rock chipped the left headlight on my V70R a few years ago and I bought a pair. Message me if you want it.

4C was CP because it’s just not a good car. I never understood the Evora until I test drove the 4C. It is pretending to be an Elise while trying to actually be an Evora and achieves neither. If you want the track feel the Elise is best and if you want the tourer the Evora puts it to shame. It’s pretty to look at but

What about airplane sun visors? Low tech and far more practical.

The issue in Phoenix wasn’t that the planes couldn’t physically take off, it’s because the calculated takeoff data wasn’t calculated for ambient temperatures that high. All it needed was more manufacturer testing to demonstrate that a safe takeoff could be made. It would have to get considerably hotter for the planes

Definitely my V70R. It was getting up there in miles, I was moving and needed something more reliable to get to work. It was such an amazing car and I miss it every day.

It depends on the altitudes. At higher altitudes the core produces the majority of thrust but from takeoff to about transition level the fan does the majority of the work, even at 2:1.

It’s not a murder without a conviction and exhaustion of all appeals.

What is your definition of “detection rate” and what is your source? If it’s non natural or accidental deaths not counting suicide that lead to convictions that survive all appeals then your numbers would be correct and rather compelling. 92% is pretty much unattainable and would imply either sending innocent people

It’s not quite that straight of a comparison. The Home Office only tracks solved murders with no pending appeals, the US tracks people killed by someone else. Per the Home Office statistics not a single one of Jack the Ripper’s victims were murdered because it would be unfair to label Jack a murderer without a

Alfa Romeo 4C. Cross shopping when replacing my Elise I checked it out and was completely disappointed. The 4C is way too “luxurious” to ever compete with the Lotus for driving feel; except the luxury is 100% skin deep. The interior is a fraction as usable as the Elise with zero storage space for anything (at least

I test drove a 4C when I was in-between Elises last summer (a family member totaled my first one). After a week or two of attempting to drive one and multiple calls to FCA corporate offices I finally got behind the wheel for a rather short demo. Needless to say I ended up buying another Elise.

The 4C is too track

A Volvo V70R (manual) and a Lotus Elise (in Chrome Orange a.k.a. the “fastest color”). You have an absurd weekend/track car that is the very epitome of pure driving joy. Then you have a comfortable, safe and depending on mileage and condition, dependable daily driver/family hauler that secretly rivals the Elise in

This one is easy the obvious answer is a DeLorean. Bear with me on this, but it satisfies all requirements of a teenager's car.
