No one ever looks better after a facelift
No one ever looks better after a facelift
Agree to disagree, but I always thought the front end on the F-type looked terrible. Boring and angular, not sculpted like the beautiful rear end. The new one fits the overall design much better.
I literally swapped my Hellcat for a 2020 FType Coupe yesterday. I’m happy I jumped when I did.
Yeah, I wonder if the Stelvio is as unreliable as the Giulia had been reported to be early on. I work with a guy who is leasing one (almost identical to this one, I’m not sure what model his is), and so far it’s not needed any work. I’m pretty sure he’s done similar mileage by now as well.
Buy it, flog it, ditch it right before warranty ends.
My office of around ~1000 people has a Stelvia, an Ipace, a panamera, 2 cayennes and a couple of rovers in the lot.
Really? Other than the nose that thing is a CX5 or a Q5. My brother isn’t a ‘car guy’ and when the newest Ford Fusion came out and auto people everywhere like the style...he was like...meh. Looks like a Sonata/every other mid size car. Safety regulations have really led to the majority of cars looking similar to each…
Maybe its geographical, but I never ever see a Porsche or F-pace. All of the soccer mommies have Teslas or X5s. The Stelvio is rare, but also common enough to see maybe one a month.
Agreed. If I saw this from the side or back,I would assume it was just a Mazda.
my thoughts exactly; sure its a Alfa, but it still looks like a Kia
Yeah you can get a fully loaded brand new CX-5 with the non-turbo for that money, or pay a few grand more for the turbo. Both will be better looking, have a better interior, and be more reliable. Nothing unique about them though, they are nearing CRV levels of popularity these days.
If I couldn’t see the front grille or make out the badges, I would easily mistake it for a Hyundai. And not to trash Hyundai at all, but nothing about this car screams premium Euro-ride.
Id rather sink that money into a Mazda CX-5. Matter of fact, that's almost what this looks like from the side profile. Just (potentially) less reliable.
No, in a few years well all probably be making less because of Republican rollbacks of minimum wage and health care that we’ll be paying more for, and imported cars will cost more because of tariffs resulting from trade wars, and interest rates will be higher. So buy your Volvo now if you can!
Volvo is entirely owned-note- not merely “Financed” by Geely. Secondly, their operations are out of Gothenburg, Sweden. Frankfurt is in Germany. Ford does not own Volvo and hasn’t for several years now.
now that’s gibberish...
This would create a traffic and pollution nightmare. People are so lazy, the grocery store would become a circling car disaster area
I just got into an argument with my roommate about this. I think this comes down to irresponsible marketing by Tesla. Sure their system is probably the best level2/3 system out there, but because it is marketed as Autopilot and a ‘self driving car’ and they claim it is leaps and bounds better than comparable systems,…
So Volvo is slow to react because their level 4 system won’t be done until 2020, but Tesla is on the cutting edge of technology since their level 4 system won’t be done until 2020?
Well, while Volvo is being disingenuous and flat-out wrong on Tesla because they like all the old staid slow-to-react automakers are a bit scared/jelly, they are getting headlines while spouting off BS. Headlines and page views for them and, well, Jalopnik. So I guess it’s a win-win? Amiright?
