go look at his website. his work is awesome.
would it somehow be less ridiculous if the artist wasn’t white, or for that matter wasn’t even a man?
Several more apologies later, it became clear the issue was about my having sex with someone else.
Boom, headshot. Next story.
Exactly. Kid “Discovers” something, more like kid assumes there is something. Big deal.
I am having the same issue. The student has tons of information but nothing seems to be published or at least searchable past a press release.
We are missing parts of this story. The areas in Belize where the lost city is supposed to be is no more than 20 miles from a main road. That could be covered on foot in a few days. If the experts say it is hard to traverse, fine. It just doesn’t look all that hard from my desk chair.
I can’t find info on the exact coordinates, but it could be as far as 50 miles from the nearest highway, and in the jungle that means you hike. Given 2 miles an hour, it could take a business week just to get to the city from the nearest road. To explore the area, you’d probably want to be on the ground, though.…
Yikes, that’s quite a fee. Would someone really pay $50 for a one-time seat swap? I feel like that’s a huge percentage of the cost of the flight in the first place
Just fly over it with a helicopter. Maybe rapel someone down to take a look.
How about just flying there in a helicopter, and then using a drone to survey the area, they don’t even have to land. Sheesh, do I have to do all the thinking here?
This sounds rather simplistic but couldn’t they get a local to go out and confirm a structure is there before actually doing an expedition?
You are also Quebecois like that guy down the road drinking Labatt’s on his porch at ten AM.
Canadian kid doing Canada proud.
Do yo-yos bob up and down? Worst analogy ever.
“In geological terms, the Earth’s surface bobs up and down like a yo-yo,”
