Then don’t post your place on airbnb. If you have a house for rent in the US, you are subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act. so legally, you cannot turn away a renter based on religion or race.
EXCEPT, if you use a service like AirBnB to do it, you’ve agreed to their terms and conditions.
I was on AirBnB’s site the other day and I saw all kinds of pictures of black people showing up to rent homes and apartments on their pages. So I just naturally assumed they were as diverse and racially sensitive as every community college catalog I’ve ever seen.

The idea is to force a lawsuit. Then they can just pay out a few million dollars and get on with the project. The fine is a rounding error compared with the overall programme budget, it’s the delay which is a problem. Construction works like that.
