It lacked the necessary heralding of Chris Hansen as the hero our pervert-riddled society needs.

I saw it! It's actually pretty fascinating throughout, except that it becomes a dating service video at the end.

The angriest people I know are perpetually stoned comedians. Especially when you don't immediately go along with whatever half-cocked premise they're trying to pass off, either on stage or during a regular ol' conversation.

Real talk: who's playing the analogue to Steve Lubetkin?

If he ends up being the Jay Leno avatar, I can imagine him in schlubby threads, constantly haunted by his weird looks and mommy issues.

Definitely doesn't count. Fox's attempts at FF films are 1) Not MCU canon, and 2) Instant career mulligans.

Not to get too fan-wanky, but given the major chronological separation, that could always be explained away as the characters being related. "Sousa left the SSR once it became SHIELD, settled down, had a daughter who grew up to marry a nice man named Saunders, and their son decided to follow in Pop-Pop's footsteps by

Everyone's cracking wise that you can barely see him in the movie, but I can make him out pretty clearly in the screenshot above — better than Jenny Agutter, at least. The NES game (by LJN, purveyors of consistent quality gaming) was nigh-unplayable, but as a kid I genuinely liked to pop it in and just run around its eerie, impossible-to-navigate map. It creeped me out so good.

Nah. The simplest route is to wait for the book's writers/researchers to dig up and sort out all the facts first. Then, when that's laid out, the screenwriters can throw it all away in favor of centering on a fictionalized main character who is just trying to get joint custody of his children.

So as not to be repetitive, I ask that you please see my response to Emily below. (Or above? However you like to sort the comments for your perusal. I won't judge.)

1) The most direct reference I can cite is this synopsis of the "Browncoats Unite" special; scroll down to #2, "The Lost Episode." ( http://www.thegeektwins.com… ).

Feel how you want to feel! I can respect that, as long as we're all cool and courteous-ish.

Sure thing.
