Playing the original Call of Duty, and 6 months to a year after its release and the only servers I can find that are highly populated are modded. After downloading a particular mod for 4+ hours I get in and am promptly kicked for "cheating" because I was doing to well.

Great article, took me a long time to figure out the right way to work out and gain muscle but after I did I went from 6 foot 130 pounds to 6 foot 190 pounds.
