I couldn't read through your entire post of rambling victim-blaming, but I want to say regardless that Ohio (the state in which Rice was fatally shot) is an open carry state. White people can literally walk into Target or Chipotle with a fully loaded AK47. White kids can run around with toy guns and no one bats an eye.

What the hell is awful comment, i would bet that Tamir Rice mom feels guilty but she shouldn't, she didn't know he had a toy gun and most parents would allow a 12 year old to go to park alone.

Sadly, my horror show, was just last year, at an age when I should know better. I was attending a very fancy company holiday party, for the company that I work for as a senior staff member in the entertainment industry. as well, I had rsvp'd to attend an early evening cocktail party, business related, beforehand.
