Exactly. They are slow by todays standards but lets not forget that everyone LOVES the 2000 Integra Type-R, for how responsive and quick it is, but the Aveo RS Turbo has the same 0-60 and people bash that as slow.

Heck the current Mazda 3 2.5L and Impreza RS do the 0-60 as quick(Impreza is actually slower) as my 2000

What is wrong with 0-60 of 12.3 seconds for a minivan designed to haul people in urban areas? The “dustbuster vans” were not underpowered, their styling was great for the time, the build quality could’ve been better - but as far as I remember the fuel efficiency was halfway decent.

But then again, at the time these

This is purely because of the absolute idiotic car classification system and the resulting emission curve that the EPA set for the different car classifications.

Ummm could I have one of yours please? We have about 5,000 year round residents and 1 car wash here in Maine. On a nice winter day it is an hour wait to wash the salt off your car. There is no subscription option.

Simply existing on the road is the most vile thing anyone can do according to some other drivers. Just inconveniencing them by also using the road at the same time as they are.

The entire interior is done well, not just the screen placement. It even makes the still lazily glued-on center display look better integrated. It’s honestly probably the best-designed interior on any EV. They did a far better job designing the interior on this cheap subcompact than Mercedes did on the EQS. I was

Oh look, you can have a less expensive EV that puts a display directly in front of the driver - right where they need it to be.

Yeah. The fact that the dealer thinks 23 things are wrong with it, means the dealer is clueless.

What? No news on Tesla’s recently discovered suspension defect that they’ve been covering up?

I figure that in a couple months, the Blazer EV will win about 30 JD Power Initial Quality awards and all will be forgiven.

Far into the future, when the auto world finally fixes all of its EV glitching, I’ll be speeding off into the sunset in my ICE ICE Baby playing Rush’s “Red Barchetta” as I commit my weekly crime....

In fairness, having the car sit in the driveway unable to move means you don’t have to worry about driver distraction all that much. In fact, at that point, it might be nice to be distracted from the realization that you’re in for a long and painful journey in lemon land...

Not to single out Chevy on this, but this is why it is almost ALWAYS a good idea to avoid the first MY of a new car model/platform, there are always teething problems.

Good thing they are getting rid of Android Auto and Apple Car paly, those things can be distracting to drivers.

Honda of America getting ready to release the Prologue:

A movie about rum runners modding cars during prohibition. Fictional characters, but real cars, real mods, and hints and real things that happened.

Around me they all drive super slow, inattentively, and all over the road. It’s weird.

But the Emerald mine heir says that autopilot is ten times less likely to crash than a human driver! How can this be? Did he overstate something to sell more shit? That can’t be true! /s

Torque and entitlement are a bad combination.
