Obesity makes you more susceptible to death by COVID. So just like wearing a mask, exercising and eating right reduce your chances of dying by COVID.

You know what else saves your life? Exercising and eating right. Obesity has killed WAAAAAYYY more people than COVID ever will.

Hospitalization rates for covid are very low AND flat or declining everywhere even as cases are on the rise over the last couple months. There is zero reason to continue significant restrictions with widely available vaccines, boosters and effective treatments.
