Tell me you grew up after the 90s without telling me.
Tell me you grew up after the 90s without telling me.
I mean my Grand Caravan is rated at 25 mpg highway yet we crack 29-34 mpg cruising with it.
These are the same people who can’t look around the school parking lot and realize every other “soccer mom” is rolling in a bland CUV/SUV just like her, so by “trying not to look like a mom” she has bought the official soccer mom vehicle of modern times.
Ya I mean rolling up to the school and dumping 5 kids out kinda negates what you “want to look like”.
CUV is the opposite of aggressive though.....
Hey fair enough, good on her.
Have you changed plugs, coils, and PCV on it?
Plugs are a “100k” service item, but the factory Champions only tend to last about 60k before eroding terribly. Same goes for the OE coils which only tend to last 60k.
Transmission fluid/filter been done? Again, 60k service item that tends to get neglected and leads to poor…
Full 4" CAI, ported intake manifold, MSD coils, NGK plugs. No other mods.
That’s gotta be a you problem.
My GC’s worst economy is never under 20 mpg and I run it hard everywhere: https://www.fuelly.com/car/dodge/grand_caravan/2018/vancollector/938345
It’s tight, responsive, and smooth compared to the rolly pig Highlander that used to be in our family.
That’s alright, they open up quite nicely after a couple easy mods
No one with 1 child needs anything more than a regular sedan. I’ll never understand the people who have 1 kid and think they need a behemoth 3rd row cuv (read: Sliderless minivan).
283hp actually ;)
Sounds like a you/your family problem.....
She’d much rather a less useful, sliderless minivan right?
Because why not be like every other soccer mom......
