And I can definitely see why the studios are afraid of Netflix.  A buddy of mine has Netflix Instant and we spent about six hours the other day watching "Malcolm in the Middle" episodes with zero commercials or any sort of ads whatsoever.  Hulu has the stones to charge you for a premium membership and still show ads…

This is a smart move. If Netflix isn't planning for the day when all the studios yank all their content and use their own in-house streaming services, then they are even bigger jackholes than previously thought.
