You're Living All Over Me

I haven’t seen one comment along those lines on this thread. Everyone is being supportive of this model.

Good point.

Not that I’m equating the two, but puts me to mind of all the Project Runway ‘atypical model’ challenges and the shit losing that ensues. The designers complain about having to fit large, small, tall or older bodies and go on some righteous rant about how they only work with supermodels.

You think 100 years ago was the last time black people were being murdered because of their race?? That’s cute.

Probably in the make up chair. Many women do this when we feel uncomfortable. The make up artists probably said that they didn’t have the right shade of make up, and she apologized for the inconvenience, even though it was the make up artist who should have apologized for being unprepared.

People forget that no one is found innocent. People are found guilty and not guilty, LEGALLY culpable or not. People are found not guilty all the time for technicalities. It doesn’t mean they’re innocent. It just means that they can’t be held legally responsible.

And I say this because this is my opinion and in America, still, I know it’s a shock, we’re actually innocent until proven guilty. He has not been proven.

Or, and just go with me on this, cause it sounds crazy, I know, still, stay with me, here we go hold on tight . . . he punched a woman in the face and fuck that guy.

If your boyfriend left home a month ago and hasn’t been home since he dumped you a month ago.

In addition to what you’ve articulated so well, it baffles me the range of people who revere the old south today who, in that time, would have been denigrated as “poor white trash”. These folks seem to hold the mistaken idea that if things had gone differently, they would have been plantation owners, not

One of my co-worker’s husband is all about the confederate flag right now. Not that he’s a racist mind you (/sarcasm) but because he thinks it’s wrong to vilify a flag that isn’t really about race or slavery or any of those unpleasant things and it’s’ terrible that he no longer has the right to wear the confederate

I once waited tables at a fairly decent place, that had the unfortunate tendency to attract a lot of rednecks. One time, after delivering a Filet Mignon, this trailer trash motherfucker has the gall to ask me for a bottle of ketchup. I just looked at him and asked, “what on Earth for?”

literally just cut off shorts

“EAT YOUR SHAME CREATIONS IN SOLITUDE LIKE THE REST OF US, FREAK!”*

i like the part where that guy has that turncoat sign while wearing a flag of a bunch of bitchass traitors.

That sounds about right!

Overcooking a good piece of meat is just wrong and a waste of food. If you don’t like rare get pot roast or something like that, don’t pervert a perfectly good piece of meat.

This is not what Jesus would do :(

As a non-American my understanding of the arguments around the Confederate (Battle) Flag go like this -

Do you also believe that a restaurant should be able to refuse a customer if they say...dislike the color of their skin? Because that’s where your reasoning is headed. If you operate a public for-profit business, then you serve the public. Disliking a demographic that they belong to is not a valid reason to refuse
