Or just up the displacement by 1 liter and pump out a hundred to 150 more hp naturally aspirated.... Wouldn't want to stifle the exhaust note of that flat crank!! 😍👌 excellent comment though!!

Tony, I agree wholeheartedly about the GTE racing... But put a flat crank V8 in that beast and make it sound like a supercar.. Make a FXX type thing or a Ford racing model that employs the flat crank.... Please I want flat crank!!

I take offense to that- I quite liked the Bangle era BMW.. It was a brilliant and much needed departure from the brands boring aesthetic. The Bangle era actually opened BMW's eyes to a more dynamic design and has as a result improved the longevity of more recent designs...
