It’s great for a house of 5 or 6 adults, each with their own car. When I drive by “mansions” that have lots of cars/work vans parked in front night after night, I conclude that it’s not a family living there, just a bunch of people (maybe friends, maybe randoms that answered an ad) renting rooms.
